Hello! I'm a Milwaukee-based artist and writer who makes zines themed around the paranormal and UFOs, as well as comics that are a bit of everything — autobio, humor, horror, the occult, explorations of mental illness, and sometimes turning an intrusive thought into a short narrative.
I self-publish and all my artwork is made in either oil, acrylic, pastel, ink, or the occassional crayon. I have no formal training save a couple rec center painting classes and a couple years of art in high school.
I try to embody my fascinations, and connect some of the occult/paranormal/ufological works into the idea of otherness and ecstatic experience. I am also bipolar I with fairly consistent issues of anxiety, OCD, and anhedonia, which also works its way into my work, even under the surface of what might seem like a cryptid or ghost painting.
